Before ordering any products from LKemE International Limited you must agree unconditionally to all terms as described in this disclaimer. These terms may be changed at any time without notice.

Terms: 

1. WHAT'S YOUR AGE You must be over the age of 18 to purchase products from our site.

2. MEDICALLY FIT You must be healthy with no pre-existing medical conditions whatsoever & currently not be taking any form of drugs prescription or otherwise. If you do have a pre-existing medical condition or are already on prescribed medication then you agree to consult a medical professional prior to using our products.

3. MENTAL CULPABILITY You must have no mental or emotional disability or impairment, and be capable of making decisions for yourself.

4. DO NOT TAKE Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing, have high blood pressure, heart or thyroid disease or taking MAO inhibitors, antidepressants, or any other prescription drug.

5. NON CLAIM You must clearly understand LKemE International Limited makes no claims whatsoever as to the medicinal, psychological or physiological properties or effects of these products.

6. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISK You must agree unconditionally not to operate any vehicles or machinery while using any of these products and would do so at your own risk.

7. MISUSE OF PRODUCTS Under no circumstances will LKemE International Limited be liable to you or anyone else for any damages or injury caused by ingestion of these products or by misuse or improper use

8. EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY LKemE International Limited and any other parties involved including but not limited to their owners', associates', employees', officers', affiliates' accept no liability. Any and all other damages, direct or indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive, are hereby excluded.

9. FOLLOW THE WARNINGS You must have clearly read, understood and agreed to carefully abide by any and all cautions & warnings on this website and any of the product labels.

10. KNOW THE LAW Customers are required to know the laws of their country. Should you order something that is not allowed to be shipped to your country and it is seized by customs and/or any state and/or federally assigned government agency, you will not receive a refund.

11. TRACK & TRACE INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS & ECONOMY COURIERS  You must understand LKemE International Limited accepts no responsibility once your product(s) have been shipped. All International Express and Economy Courier orders received after 1030 AEST will be processed the following day.All Orders received after 1030 AEST on  standard business days (Monday to Friday, excludes public holidays and weekends) may be sent the following day. Orders received during AEST weekends will be processed on the first available business day. The tracking code and site will be emailed to you within 24 hours of dispatch of your order to the email specified on your membership.

12. DELIVERY TIMES Delivery periods for International Express Courier and International Economy Courier vary from the timeframes stated on the website. This largely depends on mail backlogs, customs clearances and availability of products ordered. With our Standard International Airmail Service you must allow at least 30 days for delivery before we can trace your order through the system. We do endeavor to assist our customers wherever possible (at our discretion and within reason) but are absolutely not under any contractual requirement to do so. If you require your order urgently we suggest you upgrade to either the International Economy or Express Courier options for priority processing, dispatch and delivery.

13. BACK ORDERS & OBLIGATIONS At times we may have a back order situation where we are waiting for stock to be produced, relocated or delivered in such situations we will either send a partially completed order (with the back ordered items delivered when available) or withhold the entire order until we can complete it fully. In a back order situation there may be a resulting backlog of standard airmail orders to be processed resulting in ongoing delays until the backlog is cleared. We ask for your patience in such situations. International Express and Economy Courier orders will always take priority over Standard International Airmail in such instances.

 14. MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS Any customer found to be creating multiple log-ons to take advantage of and abuse any discount offer provided by LKemE International Limited will be have their account immediately suspended and be banned from the site indefinitely. Any unused store credit be forfeited to LKemE International Limited immediately. Any purchase made under a multiple account will be immediately canceled and the balance forfeited to LKemE International Limited. If you can't get into your account - message us through the site - We can fix this!

15. PAYMENT & EXCHANGE RATES PayPal IPN allow customers to select their currency from the currency converter and pay accordingly. Customers who use the DPS gateway will have all purchases processed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). Figures shown on your credit card statement may vary depending on the current exchange rate at time of processing and will be represented in the NZD cash rate equivalent at that time. Prices shown using the currency converter should only be used as a guide.

16. PAYMENTS USING CHEQUES OR MONEY ORDERS When payment by cheque or moneyorder is made please insure they can be cashed/deposited in New Zealand or Australia. Please make them payable to LKemE International Limited and include your name, address and order number on the reverse. Your order will not be processed until the funds have been cleared for up to seven working days from arrival and deposit. We will update your order status upon payment arrival, clearance and dispatch of your order. Any cheque or moneyorder unable to be cashed or deposited will be notified and returned to you.

17. CHANGES You accept that LKemE International Limited reserves the right to change these terms and conditions, prices, formulations, products available and information provided to customers without any prior notice.
