 Claims & Refund Policy:

If you have been mis-charged or your goods have arrived damaged or the wrong goods have been sent please contact us directly through the website here within 60 days of your purchase. Please include your full name, original delivery address, date of purchase and LKemE order number and await further instructions.

Please note we do not cover the cost of any returned packages or offer refunds on postal costs incurred by the customer on initially ordering or as a consequence of returns.
